Spears joins Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Barack Obama, Katy Perry and Kim Kardashian, who all already have more than 10 million followers. The I Wanna Go singer frequently uses the social networking site to give her fans news from the road as well as information about what they can expect to come up next in her career.
