Celebrity of The Week! Jay-Z and Kanye West

Or should we say "Celebrities" this week we had a tie for who the celebrity of the week should be and that is... Kanye West and Jay-Z for the release of their new collaborative album "Watch The Throne" which is sitting very comfortably as #1 on the ITunes Top 10 albums, and expecting to bring in $500k its first week! If they do as well as they are expected to it will give them second place for Most Albums Sold on its first week in 2011 right behind Lady Gaga who 1.2 Million copies its first week! The album is great and I highly recommend you all pick it up!!! Congrats. Guys!

Several Sugarland Fans Killed at Concert!

4 killed at Sugarland concert and 9 seriously injured!

Medics and rescue crews throughout Indianapolis converged on the State Fairgrounds, 1202 E. 38th St., after Hoosier Lottery Grandstand stage rigging for an outdoor concert collapsed, trapping and injuring fans. Preparations were under way at 10 p.m. to inflate large air bags to lift the rigging from the track.

Injured people were being taken to Methodist Hospital, according to Indiana State Police.

Sugarland posted this on Twitter just before 10 p.m.: "We are all right. We are praying for our fans, and the people of Indianapolis. We hope you'll join us. They need your strength."

Fallen stage rigging extended about 15 feet onto track, where up to 200 concert-goers were seated between the stage and the grandstand in a VIP area called the "Sugar Pit."

VMA Update!

OMG!!! The VMA updates are coming in hard, as the Aug. 28th date gets closer! Today they announced that Bruno Mars will also be joining Adele, Lil Wayne, and Chris Brown at the VMA's!!! Also, today they released the second promotional commercial for the show starring Britney Spears, and it ends with words "Britney Tribute"! Does that mean they will be honoring her at the awards? If so it is well deserved! 

Christina Aguilera Sings on to MJ Tribute!

The HUGE tribute concert for Michael Jackson can officially add Christina Aguilera to the list of singers.

The star has finally agreed to give her time to the Wales concert in October.

She joins Cee-Lo Green, Smokey Robinson, Leona Lewis, Craig David, UK boy band JLS, and Alien Ant Farm.

The promoters promise this is only the beginning. According to them, even more stars are patiently waiting to unveil themselves.

That's right guys, Queen Latifah is apparently joining the ranks of Snooki and Tiffani Amber Thiessen on the new season of Dancing With The Stars.

Justin Bieber Taking Fame To His Head!!!

He's one of entertainment world's more recognizable faces, but some are saying that Justin Bieber's teenage super-stardom has gone straight to his head.

While talking with FOX News, a source revealed that the 17-year-old singer created quite a scene while aboard a recent American Airlines flight from L.A. to Asia.

Allegedly refusing to adhere to the plane's policies, the eyewitness explained, "He then gave the staff a really hard time the whole flight, nobody could believe it. And then at the end, the Captain introduced himself to Justin and kindly asked for an autograph, and he rudely refused.”

As word of his disruptive behavior began to swirl amidst numerous reports of "bratty" behavior elsewhere, TMZ went to Justin to get his side of the story.

When asked about the given incidents, the Biebs shrugged off the accusations, telling, "I don't think you should believe everything you hear ... people make stuff up all the time," adding, "Supposedly I'm dead today ... that's the rumor."

Okay, so everyone has there own opinions about this, and I am not defending this behavior what so ever! However, if you went from being a a regular kid to a international phenomenon who has as much money as Lady Gaga, dont you think your EGO would be a bit on the big side as well?

I mean we get it that you like Lady Gaga! That is fine, but the fact that when Britney is trying to get her shit together you sit there and try to still find negative stuff to say on her just because she is stealing the light of your precious Gaga is not okay!

Jay-Z and Kanye Take The Throne!

Jay-Z and Kanye expected to take the Throne on Top 200 this week!

Jay-Z and Kanye West's Watch the Throne (above) is set to sell between 400,000 to 500,000 copies in its first US week in release, even though it's only being sold at Best Buy and on iTunes!

If all goes according to plan, their album will make this the second largest sales week of the year, following GaGa's 1.1 million opening week for Born This Way.

Given the fact that a physical release of Throne doesn't actually come out till Friday, a #1 spot for the album's first week would be particularly impressive, because it would be based on four days of iTunes-only sales. It is now available on Itunes so go get it!

Kelly Rowland Wardrobe Malfunction!

Just Days after Nicki Minaj has a slip on Good Morning America, Kelly Rowland performs, and guess what... Same Thing!



Former Destiny's Child member and current solo performer Kelly Rowland channeled her inner Nicki Minaj at a concert in New Jersey this weekend.


The 30-year-old exposed both nipples, but unlike Nicki, it's hard to really term this a wardrobe malfunction, since ... well, look at the outfit.


Also unlike the Nicki Minaj nipple slip debacle, Kelly's concert wasn't being broadcast LIVE on Good Morning America. Probably for the best:

Beyonce Win's the Poll!!!!

Early this month we started a poll asking who you thought had the Best Album of 2011, and not only did Beyonce win it... The two tied for second place weren't any where close to her for the win! Beyonce won with an overall 36% while Britney Spears and Lady Gaga tied for second with 18% and Adele coming in third with 13%. Demi Lovato Celebrity of Week!

Demi Lovato was chosen this weeks celebrity of the week!!!! After Skyscraper was released she has been everywhere! Skyscraper probably being one of the most beautiful songs of the summer put her on the map. This week she has been twitting about being in the studio with Timbaland, which got us excited! Tonight she won The Acuvue Inspire Award  on the Teen Choice Awards for her story on beating her eating disorder and depression!!! I think this is just the beginning for her!!!
