Lady Gaga Being Sued for Ripping off "Judas"!!!

Lady Gaga's hit song "Judas" is a total rip-off of a 1999 song called "Juda" ... so says a singer named Rebecca Francescatti ... who just filed a lawsuit against Gaga in federal court.

Rebecca claims the similarities between the two songs are NOT a coincidence ... because her former bass player -- Brian Gaynor -- is now employed by a music company that wrote 17 songs on Gaga's recent "Born This Way" album.

Rebecca's lawyer, Chris Niro, said, "Though the songs are different styles, the composition is the same and the chorus is the same melody ... [Rebecca] is seeking recognition for what she created."

Francescatti, who sings under the name Rebecca F., is suing for unspecified damages.

Nicki Minaj has wardrobe issues on Good Morning America!

So this morning, Nicki Minaj performed on the Good Morning America show. The performance was highly anticipated, but did they anticipate that her breast were going to be on the Television? Probably not! ABC released a statement to TMZ apologizing for the mess up! They said that there was indeed a 5 sec delay, but it must have slipped threw the cracks. The slip up was fixed after the East Coast shows were aired! OPPSIE!

Nicki Minaj Will Be Joining The Cast Of Ice Age!

It is official Nicki Minaj and her plethora of voices will be joining the cast of Ice Age. We all new she was a character and this makes us very excited that she is going to be apart of creating a new character for Ice Age, and we are excited to see what she comes up with! 


Also, stay tuned to the upcoming season of America's Next Top Model! She will be one of the guest judges! That should be very interesting! We Love it!

Beyonce's New Video Shoot Ambushed !

So I guess the next single off of Beyonce's new album will be PARTY ft. Andre 3000.. I love this song, I just am not sure it is the best song to make as her next single!!! However, I think the video will be awesome!!! Oh, and did we mention she is directing it, and did we also mention that Kelly Rowland has a cameo appearance in the video!? AMAZING!


However, this video shoot did not come away completely clean. Apparently, a 23 year old guy was able to sneak into the shoot and screamed, "I am a better dancer than you are." and the continued to throw an egg onto the set hitting a police officer... Dumb Ass Much? I'd say so!

Xtina is Working on a Record with Eminem!

Is it true? I believe so! I have heard from several sources that it is true. That despite their arguments in the past that the two are working on a track together and it is "EPIC!" I guess after Bionic flopped Christina knew that this album would have to be amazing to get people excited about her music again! Well, I am excited! This is what our source said,


"Christina knows after her last album bombed that she would have to do something special for fans to be interested in her music again. It’s a killer track and is bound to be a massive worldwide hit if released as a single, which is exactly what Christina is hoping for. Hilary Duff is Heading Back to The Studio!

Its official, in Hilary Duff's most recent interview she was asked if she would be adding to her family, and she said that she would love to have kids, but after she releases a new album. How exciting! Its been four years!
This is what she said, 


"It's definitely going to be pop music. I'm a sucker for a catchy song and dance music — that's my sweet spot, so I'll definitely do that … I want to collaborate. I think I'm a big believer in collaboration. I haven't done it for four years, so I'm not sure where my competence level is, of just trying to write the whole thing. If there's an amazing song that I love that's done right now, I'd sing it, or I'd love to sit down and write with people. I think it'll be a mish-mash."


How exciting! That sounds like just the kind of music I want to hear! Hurry up Duff and get your ass back in the studio!

It is official, Beyonce Knowles new album has gone PLATINUM in the US, and she did it in less than a month! Way To Go Girl! We are very happy for you! Now keep selling those records, and keep being The Queen of R&B!

Jennifer Lopez WILL return to 'Idol'!!!!

We are excited to announce that singer Jennifer Lopez will be returning for another season of 'Idol' despite all that she has going on right now, but it did not come cheap! Sources are saying Fox raised Lopez's salary from 12$ to just over 20$ ...... HelllO!!! 

Lopez, whose gig with the revamped reality series began last January, told the BBC earlier this year that she was "on the fence" about returning for another season. Unlike her fellow new "Idol" judge, Aerosmith warbler Steven Tyler, Lopez only signed up for a year. This is what she had to say!

"I had an amazing time doing it and I loved it, but I have a lot of other things happening, and it's going to come down to making a choice of really what I want to do for the next year," Lopez said. "We're not really at the breaking point of 'You have to make a decision right now!' So I'm not. I'm really enjoying the time of just waiting -- and seeing." 

Well all I know is that I am SUPER DUPER excited to have her back for another season!

If not you should have. After what I considered a very disappointing performance on SYTYCD, she really rocked it out to her new sing You and I on the view! Oh and I actually loved the outfit she wore! Incredible!!!

A Book About Lady Gaga!

 Lady Gaga will be the topic of an upcoming book that will attribute visual dialogue between Gaga and photographer Terry Richardson. Richardson has taken much more than 100,000 photographs of the “Born This Way” singer. The novel will function an introduction written by Lady Gaga herself.

The book, which is stated to be very intimate, is getting published by Grand Central Publishing. The organization has mentioned that the photos featured in the book were “taken for the duration of the 10 month period in which Richardson followed Lady Gaga and had comprehensive access to her everyday life, with absolutely nothing becoming off limits.” It has been mentioned that there will be more than 350 photographs in complete within the book, printed in color as properly as in black and white.

The series of photographs have been taken beginning August 2010 at Lollapalooza and will characteristic photographs that were taken at the Grammy Awards in February 2011. The book will also attribute pictures that have been captured for the duration of Gaga’s “Monster Ball Tour.”

Lady Gaga has also not too long ago went into intimate detail about the passing of her grandfather, as effectively as singer Amy Winehouse. It was the passing of her grandfather that inspired the hit song “Edge of Glory.”

“I bear in mind feeling so sad, but they each sort of acknowledged that they won at life due to the fact they won at enjoy with every other,” Gaga said, in reference to her grandparents’ romance.

She also told KIIS-FM DJ Jojo that even though she did not personally know not too long ago departed singer Amy Winehouse “I just loved her so considerably

Are Jay-Z and Kanye Fighting??

Early today reports came out that Jay-Z and Kanye West had a major fallout, and shit was going crazy. However, we later found out that those stories you hear may be a tad bit exaggerated when Jay-Z said this! 

Yes, we get on each other's nerves but that's part of pushing each other. So of course there are times when we're in the studio, we're yelling, but that's about it. I would never disrespect him. I have too much respect to put my hands on him. We have a healthy respect for one another. It's always about the art, it's never about him and me; it's always about the art.

So while it seems they are still discussing creative differences, don't expect one to punch the other any time soon. Which is good considering they have a lot of work to do together with this Much Anticipated Album Release they have coming 8/8/11. 

Plus, look how happy they look at the album listening party tonight! Clearly not in the midst of the small tiff as reports alleged earlier in the day, Kanye West and Jay-Z were side-by-side for an exclusive listening event for their upcoming album "Watch The Throne" in New York City on Monday night (August 1).

The hip-hop superstars laughed it up with one another at the Hayden Planetarium at the American Museum of Natural History with Beyonce Knowles ( Who is our celebrity of the week this week) and Destiny's Child gal pal Kelly Rowland also in attendance. Reports say there was a great turnout. Everywhere from Beyonce (of Course) to Busta! 

Rihanna Partying in Barbados!

Rihanna spent the weekend in Caribbean country while celebrating Kadooment Day on the final day of the Crop Over celebration.

Kadooment Day, symbolizes and marks the end of the sugar cane harvest.

Some summer rain didn't stop the the singing sensation from showing off her bangin' Barbados body either! She paraded around town in a red and gold sequined bikini with some sweet feathers topping her outfit off.

All I know is this looks like a celebration I wish I had been invited to, and how happy does RIRI look to be home?

Ginger Spice New Album!

Geri Halliwell has revealed that her followup album to her 2005 hit will be coming very shortly!

She revealed that the album is filled with potential hits and that she is very near a record deal. She explained:

“The album’s pretty much finished. I’m not sure on dates yet and I won’t tell you what it sounds like, because I’d prefer to let the songs speak for themselves. But it’ll be great to be back where I belong, on stage. It won’t be long.”

Yes!!! I dont know about you guys but I AM super excited for this!!! Even though I would almost rather that the SPICE GIRLS just get back together!

Samantha Ronson Arrested For Drunk Driving!

Lindsay Lohan's ex girlfriend, Samantha Ronson, arrest for drunk driving! Ronson was stopped by police in Baker, California, on her way back to LA and failed a field sobriety test. She was then taken to the local police station, where she blew over the legal limit. I don't know if you know this or not, but the drive from Baker, California is a good ways! Oh and did we mention it was 10:30 at night! Could she possibly be part of the reason Lindsay has a drinking problem? Hmm... I wonder!

Beyonce is taking House of Dereon to London!

Beyonce and Tina Knowles' clothing line House of Deréon is crossing the pond!

In September, Bey will launch the label's fall collection at Selfridges, which happens to be one of her favorite UK department stores.

Mama Knowles said the collection is inspired by the idea of a "city jungle" and mixes "tribal cues with edgy silhouettes". She adds:

"The combination of colors, exotic prints and silhouettes make for a cohesive collection with tremendous appeal. Beyoncé and I are so proud of the line-up and we can't wait to see the consumer's response and how she makes it her own."

Amy Winehouse was planning to ADOPT!!!

Breaking News! Amy Winehouse was allegedly preparing to adopt a 10-year-old girl from the island of St. Lucia.

The girl, named Dannika Augustine, and her grandmother say they met the singer during one of Amy's visits to the island. Dannika was living in poverty with her single mom when Amy met her and took an interest in her.

Her grandmother Marjorie says that Amy told her a few weeks ago that she was planning to return to the island sometime next month. She said:

"Amy wanted to have a child so bad. If she had not died, there is no doubt she would be here in St Lucia completing the adoption process. There is no way she would have done what she did to herself if Dannika was with her."

Dannika was devastated when she heard the news. Her parents had already signed off on the adoption. She said:

"Amy was already my mother. I would call her mum and she would call me her daughter. She took care of me and we had fun together. I loved her and she loved me … She was the most amazing person and I was looking forward to living with her here or in London. I cannot believe she is gone. This is the worst thing that ever happened to me."

We will be praying for Dannika! I am sure Amy would have been a great mother to you. Is that why she was trying to quit drinking I wonder?

Rihanna is Finishing up her 6th Studio Album!

Wow!!! Mtv News recently report that singer, Rihanna, is almost fiinished with her 6th studio album, and has a release date set for later this year! Amazing! She is moving quick. Having just recently ended her North American tour in New York City for her most current album to day "Loud" and now she is already getting ready to release another!!! Talking about moving FAST! I bet you the album is great and I cant wait to hear it!
