Beyonce Shedding the Pounds!

As a new mom, Beyoncé is naturally focusing her attention on - her figure.


The tabloid Star says she and Jay-Z have moved her personal trainer, Marco Borges, into their home, where he leads her through fitness routines at 5 a.m. and 5 p.m. daily.
She has already shed seven of the 18 kg she gained before the Jan. 7 birth of daughter Blue Ivy, the paper's source says.


With Borges, Beyoncé does "a mix of cardio, Pilates, plyometrics, yoga and, of course, dance." Plyometrics?
Meanwhile, she's "living on protein shakes, egg-white omelettes, pineapple chunks and lots of ice-cold water - She's exhausted, but totally dedicated," explains the source. "Beyoncé's vowed to have a better body than ever before."
