During a recent interview, Adele opened up about her major issues with stage fright.Here's what she had to say about it:
"I puke quite a lot before going on stage, though never actually on stage.""But then, I sh*t myself before everything…the bigger the freak-out, the more I enjoy the show!"
We're glad you're able to have a sense of humor about this, but we do hope you're exaggerating. Vomiting so often can't be good for that AMAZING voice of yours, and it's definitely not good for your body!
In other Adele News, she recently has to cancel a few shows due to falling sick! That is twice this year she has had to cancel shows due to being sick! We are all wishing you well!
