Though it was a tight race between Beyonce and Gaga, Beyonce pulled it out at the last minute! Crazy! Just last week Kelly Rowland (former Destiny Child Member) was our first ever Celeb. of the week for her release of her new album I Am Here! Congrats. ladies.
